Coaching

Coaching a way forward together
We see Coaching as a natural part of being your best
When you look at people at the top of their profession what's one thing they have in common?
Someone backing their corner!
At Arise that's what we love to do, not tell you where or how. But help you focus on what's important to you and get you there in a way that builds lasting change
Empowerment Coaching
Change can create opportunity, but it can also bring uncertainty, complexity and pressure.
Our empowerment coaching helps leaders, teams and individuals recognise their strengths, find a clear way forward and take practical action. We do not tell people who they should become. We help them build the confidence, capability and boldness to lead, contribute and grow in ways that are meaningful to them.
We work with organisations navigating change, leaders growing their influence, teams developing new ways of working, and individuals exploring complex career or life pathways.
Our coaching can support:
-
Leaders to lead change confidently, make courageous decisions and empower the people around them
-
Teams to strengthen trust, navigate uncertainty and turn change into practical action
-
Individuals to build confidence, understand their strengths and find direction through complex career, leadership or workplace decisions
-
Organisations to grow capable, adaptable people who are equipped to move forward together
Arise has a particular heart for the health and disability sectors. We understand that people experience workplaces, leadership and change differently. Our approach is strengths based, practical and responsive to each person’s communication, thinking and support needs.
Coaching & Mentoring
Individual and group support to
accelerate growth and confidence
Our coaching is designed to help people grow with greater clarity, confidence and purpose, whether that means strengthening a business, navigating a career shift, building inclusive leadership practices or finding practical ways to thrive with ADHD or neurodiversity.
